The Forest masks are a series of sculptural pieces that I made in late 2019 as an adjunct to a photo project that was never fully completed. But in fact, the masks became art objects in their own right.
These were meant to be masks for a nonexistent society, each serving a particular purpose within this society. They serve more of a decorative purpose than a wearable one, and all of them except Priest use found objects from the woods, hence the name Forest Masks.
